    Mr. Paul Urke has a degree in Business Administration. He began his career in the computer Industry as a system analyst and programmer. After 10 years as financial director he returned to the local computer industry in top management positions. He has worked as an independent management consultant since 1991.

    Oddvar Østensvik

    Mr. Oddvar Østensvik is mechanical engineer, and has been involved in various management courses.
    Since 1988, he has worked for Transocean, Norsk Hydro and ABB.In 1996 he established Helifuel AS.

    Jan Magnar Grøtte

    Board Member

    Mr. Jan Magnar Grøtte started in 1977 as a mechanical engineer. He continued his education at the Norwegian business school studying business management, economics and marketing. He has extensive experience within management, export and sales. This was gained working his way up within different companies as an engineer, sales manager and today Managing Director of TTS Ship Equipment AS.

    Asbjørn Vik

    Board Member

    Mr. Asbjørn Vik have a Master of Science, Naval Architect degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He started his career as a project manager and stuctrual designer in year 2000 working for the shipdesign company Vik-Sandvik.  In 2009 he established his own company Heimli AS, focusing on shipdesign and structural construction work.
